It all started with a simple chocolate cake for my daughter's fifth birthday. I wanted to create something special, something made with my own two hands. That cake wasn't perfect—it had a slight tilt and the frosting was a bit wobbly—but the smile on her face was everything.
What began as weekend experiments in my tiny kitchen soon turned into requests from friends, then neighbors, then their friends. Before I knew it, I was waking up at 4 AM to knead dough and pipe buttercream, all while juggling school runs and bedtime stories.
