Trained in the kitchens of Florence and Milan, Chef Antonio returned to his family's trattoria to honor the traditions that shaped his palate. His philosophy is simple: let the ingredients sing, respect the seasons, and cook with amore.

Under his guidance, Trattoria Nonna has earned recognition as one of the finest Italian establishments, yet he remains true to his roots — greeting guests personally and ensuring every meal feels like coming home.
