Born from a deep love for Italian heritage, Ristorante Toroni was founded in 2024 by Chef Ronil Patel — a culinary artist who spent years mastering the art of Italian cooking across Bologna, Rome, and Naples before bringing those traditions home to Ahmedabad.
Every dish tells a story. Our pasta is hand-rolled fresh each morning, our sauces slow-cooked from heirloom family recipes, and our Roman-style pizzas fired in our custom stone oven.
